Moodle is a classical LMS platform, which has been in use since 2002. Over a decade it created a vast community of 69 million registered users and it is in use in 233 countries. However, the experience of instructors and learners on Moodle has been described as “inevitable scroll of death”, mainly as a result of outdated layout, feature creep and stiff learning curve for teachers.
Today Eliademy team is offering the entire Moodle community an ability to move their content into state of the art learning platform. Eliademy will support import of courses in Moodle format from version 1.9 up to 2.5. Following course content will be imported: text, pictures (added as resources), videos, file attachments, tasks and quizzes (only multiple choice). Rest of the activity types will be added in following releases. To import your course, simply click the “Create a course” button and select “Import course in Moodle format.
