Today, we are very pleased to welcome on the e-learning platform Eliademy another non-governmental, non-profit organization, which act for the protection of human rights all over the globe.
People in Need is a Czech NGO promoting humanism, freedom, equality and solidarity. Its members believe that “people anywhere in the world should have a right to make decisions about their lives and to share the rights expressed in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights“.
We are very glad to welcome on Eliademy Premium the Torbay National Coastwatch Institution. This institution relies on a network of volunteers who keep running the Torbay Station and keep a visual safety watch around Torbay. The Torbay Station is located in Devon in England. A new tower was built in 2010.
Today, we are proud to welcome on Eliademy the Czech Non-Governmental Organization PASOS. PASOS stands for Policy Association for an Open Society. It is a network of independent policy centers in Central and Eastern Europe and Central Asia who have a shared mission to promote and protect democracy, human rights and open society values. The key areas the organization is working on are democracy & human rights, good governance & open economy, sustainable development and international co-operation.
“Eliademy looks excellent and seems to have all the features we want in a learning platform”, says Alfredo Azula, Communications Manager of PASOS.
Eliademy is used worldwide by numerous academic institutions, like Oaklands College, the Faculty of Dentistry of the University of Buenos Aires or the Faculty of Economics and Business of the University of Zaghreb. Within academic institutions, Eliademy is used as a Learning Management System and many teachers and students praise its ease-of-use and numerous functionalities.
